About the gallery
We represent artists, not inventory
Ferro Contemporary works with eighteen artists on long term representation, which means we show them repeatedly, place work carefully and keep records of where every piece went. New collectors are as welcome as institutions, and nobody here will follow you around the room. If you want to know a price, ask, we will tell you without ceremony.

Visiting and buying
Do I need an appointment?
Not during gallery hours, Tuesday through Saturday, and there is never an admission charge. Appointments are for Sundays, evenings, or if you want to see specific work from the racks that is not currently on the wall.
Are prices listed?
Prices are on the checklist at the front desk and we will happily tell you any of them out loud. There is no negotiation theater here, though we do offer interest free payment plans over six months on most work.
Can you ship a piece?
Yes, anywhere in the country. Work is professionally crated and insured in transit, and we quote the shipping cost before you commit. Local delivery and installation within Santa Fe is included on purchases over five thousand dollars.
Do you review artist submissions?
We review submissions twice a year, in February and August, through the form on this site. We take on one or two new artists a year at most, so a no is usually about the roster rather than the work.
