Rates are for the venue. Catering, bar service and rentals beyond what is listed are separate.

Same spaces with a shorter window, from 9am the day of through 11am the next morning.

Eighteen farm tables, 180 crossback chairs and the bar built from the original hayloft boards.

About the barn
The Halstead family barn, standing since 1908
Four generations of Halsteads ran cattle on this land. When the barn stopped earning its keep in the nineties it sat empty until 2016, when we spent two years reframing the loft, insulating the walls and putting in plumbing and a septic system sized for 200 people. The original hand hewn posts are still holding the roof up.

FAQ
What couples ask on tour
What is the weather backup?
The barn seats 180 for a ceremony and the crew can flip it to dinner in 75 minutes. Because it is heated and enclosed, we do not require couples to rent a tent, unlike most open barns in the valley.
Can we bring our own alcohol?
Yes, you may provide the alcohol, but service must be by a licensed and insured bartender from our approved list. Montana law requires it and our insurance does too. No self serve bars.
What time does the night end?
Music off at 11pm and guests off the property by 11:30pm under our Gallatin County permit. Cleanup can continue until 1am and you have until 11am the next morning to load out.
How does a deposit and payment work?
A 35 percent deposit and signed contract hold the date. Half of the balance is due six months out and the remainder 30 days before the wedding. Deposits are non refundable but transferable to another open date once.
