Five certified techs, two lifts, a 25 ton travel lift, and a mobile truck that runs West Bay, East Bay, and Torch Lake. If we sold you the boat, warranty work goes to the front of the queue.
Engine service and repower
100 hour and annual service, lower unit work, diagnostics on Mercury, Yamaha, and Volvo Penta. Full repower quotes include rigging, controls, and gauges so the number you see is the number you pay.

Ray found a corroded shift cable two other shops missed. Called me with the price first, done in three days, and it came in under the estimate.
Listed our Regal in April, sold it May 29 for four thousand over what a private buyer offered us. Kurt did every showing so I never gave up a weekend.
Indoor storage is worth every dollar. Boat came out in April clean, batteries charged, and in the water the same morning I asked.

Questions we answer every week
Do you take trades on a new boat?
Yes, and we will give you two numbers: what we will pay outright today, and what we think the boat brings on brokerage. Plenty of customers take the brokerage route and apply the proceeds to their new hull at closing. Michigan sales tax is only owed on the difference when you trade at the time of purchase.
Can I get a boat inspected before I buy it somewhere else?
We do pre-purchase inspections on any boat, from any seller, for $325. Compression on every cylinder, ECU hours pulled, corrosion check, steering and shift systems, and a written report you can hand a seller. It has saved more than one buyer a $9,000 powerhead.
How far out is service in July?
Non-urgent work books two to three weeks out at peak. Anything that leaves you stranded gets triaged same day, and if you bought the boat here you go to the front of the line. The mobile truck usually reaches Elk Rapids or Northport within 24 hours.
What happens if my boat is damaged in storage?
We carry marina operator coverage on every hull in our care, indoor and out. We still ask you to keep your own hull policy in force through the winter, which is standard for every yard in the state, and we will send your insurer our certificate on request.
Do you deliver?
We deliver anywhere in the lower peninsula. Free within 60 miles of the lot, then $3.75 per loaded mile beyond that. Every delivery includes a full orientation on the water, usually 90 minutes, so nobody's first trip is also their first lesson.
