Fresh fruit teas
Real fruit muddled to order with green or oolong tea, no fruit syrup base.

Salted cream cheese foam over pure brewed tea, meant to be drunk without a straw.
Taro and matcha lattes
Stone ground matcha and real steamed taro rather than powder mixes.

Two sisters and a very strict tea timer
Half Moon opened because the tea in most shops sits all day and turns bitter. Ours gets dumped and rebrewed every two hours, and tapioca comes off the stove in small batches so nothing is ever hard or mushy. It wastes some product and it is what makes the drink taste like it should.

FAQ
Boba questions
Can I get less sugar?
Yes, and about half our regulars do. You can order anywhere from zero to one hundred percent, and 30 to 50 percent is where most people land once they try it. Fruit teas taste sweeter at a given level than milk teas because of the fruit itself.
Do you have dairy free options?
Oat milk is available on any drink at no extra charge, and we also carry almond milk. Fruit teas and pure brewed teas contain no dairy to begin with. The cheese foam series does contain dairy and cannot be made without it.
Does bubble tea have caffeine?
Most of it does, since black, oolong, green and jasmine teas are all caffeinated. Taro, matcha and fruit drinks vary, with matcha being fairly high. Ask and we will point you at the caffeine free options, including our herbal fruit blends.
Can I order ahead for a group?
Yes. Small orders can go through the app anytime, and we recommend a day of notice for anything over ten drinks. Party boxes come with toppings packed separately so the pearls stay chewy until people add them.
