What it costs to stay
Rates cover two adults and two children. Extra adults are $6 per night.

About the park
Sixty acres, and we mow all of it
Ron and Sheila bought the property in 1998 when it was twelve gravel sites and a leaky bathhouse. It has grown a little each winter since. The bathhouse was rebuilt in 2021, the electric pedestals were replaced in 2023 and the wifi runs on fiber, which is rare this far into the hills.

Before you pull in
How long can my rig be?
Pull-throughs handle up to 70 feet including the tow vehicle. Back-in sites top out near 45 feet. Tell us your total length when you book and we will assign accordingly.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel more than 7 days out for a full refund less a $15 fee. Inside 7 days we refund the first night only. Holiday weekends require a 3-night minimum and are non-refundable inside 14 days.
Is there cell service and internet?
Verizon and AT&T are usable but weak in the valley. We run fiber wifi across the park with a booster on the bathhouse, and it holds up for video calls at most sites.
Can I have a campfire?
Yes, in the provided ring, unless the county has a burn ban posted at the office. Firewood is $7 a bundle. Please do not bring wood from out of state.
