Follow-up adjustment visit
Adjustment plus soft tissue work, typically 20 to 25 minutes.

Home exercises taught in visit, video sent so you do them right.

The practice
Two chiropractors and a clear treatment plan
Dr. Amanda Beltran opened Riverstone in 2010 and was joined by Dr. Neil Ochoa in 2017. Both are licensed in Colorado and both practice the same way: find the cause, treat it with hands-on care plus exercise, and re-evaluate on a schedule so you are not on an open-ended plan. If we are not the right care for your problem, we say so and refer.

Questions patients ask
Do you take my insurance?
We are in network with most major Colorado plans including Anthem, United, Cigna and Medicare. Call with your member ID and we will verify your chiropractic benefit and quote your out-of-pocket before your first visit.
Does an adjustment hurt?
Most people feel pressure and hear a pop, which is gas releasing in the joint, not bones cracking. Soreness for a day afterward is common early in care and usually fades. Tell us if anything is painful and we adjust the technique.
How many visits will I need?
Most patients follow a plan of eight to twelve visits over four to six weeks, with a re-evaluation at visit six. If you are not measurably better by then we change the approach or refer you rather than continuing.
Do I need a referral?
Not in Colorado. You can book directly. A few insurance plans require a referral for coverage, so we check that when we verify your benefits.
