We walk the home before quoting. Three dogs, a finished basement, or a kitchen that gets cooked in seven nights a week all change the time on site, and we would rather price that honestly than guess low and rush.

Cancel or move a visit with 24 hours notice at no charge. Later than that is a $45 lockout fee, because the crew is already paid for the block. First recurring visit is billed at the deep clean rate.

Do I need to be home?
Most clients are not. About 70 percent give us a key or a door code, which we keep in a locked cabinet at the office with a numbered tag and no address on it. You get a text 30 minutes before arrival and a text when we lock up.
What supplies do you bring?
Everything. Microfiber, HEPA vacuums, mop heads laundered between homes, and our standard chemistry. If you prefer fragrance free or plant based products, or want us to use something you keep under the sink, tell us and we note it on your account.
Should I tidy up first?
Clear the counters and floors of clothes, toys and dishes if you can. We clean surfaces rather than organize belongings, so an hour spent moving laundry is an hour not spent scrubbing your shower.
How do you handle pets?
Fine with us. Dogs that are anxious around vacuums do better crated or in a closed room. Let us know about litter boxes, since we scoop and wipe the tray only if it is on your checklist.
Are you insured if something breaks?
Yes. General liability to $2M, a janitorial bond, and workers comp on every employee. Breakage is reported to you the same day with a photo and repaired or replaced. Certificates of insurance are sent to commercial clients before the first night.
How do I pay?
Residential is card on file, charged the evening of service. Commercial accounts are invoiced monthly on net 15 terms with ACH or check. No deposit and no cancellation fee to end recurring service.
