We roast in Northeast Minneapolis and deliver on our own routes, which is why a bag can be on your shelf two days after it leaves the cooling tray. We started in 2010 supplying four cafes and now serve about 310 accounts. Our two service techs cover the metro so equipment problems do not sit for a week waiting on a distributor.
“Our grouphead failed on a Saturday morning. Their tech was in the door in under two hours and we never closed.”
Ana M., Cafe owner, Saint Paul
“The consistency is the thing. Same roast profile bag after bag, so our dial in barely moves week to week.”
Jordan C., Head barista, Northeast
“They put a loaner grinder in when ours died and never sent an invoice for it. That is not how our last supplier worked.”
Beth K., Restaurant group, Duluth
Twenty pounds per delivery to stay on a route, which is about what a small cafe uses in a week. Office accounts have no minimum but ship on a two week cycle instead of the twice weekly route.
If you commit to a weekly coffee volume, we place a machine and grinder in your shop at no equipment cost and cover routine maintenance. You own nothing and we handle service. If you stop buying coffee, the equipment comes back.
We roast to your order, so beans are typically two to four days off roast when they hit your shelf. We stamp the roast date on every bag rather than a vague best by date.
Yes, once you are past about 60 pounds a week. We will cup with you, build a profile and lock it. Below that volume the batch sizes make a custom blend hard to keep consistent.
Tell us your weekly volume and what you are pouring now. We will send a price sheet and drop samples on the next route.
