Estimates are free and take about twenty minutes. Most repairs are quoted the same day you bring the car in.
Structural and frame repair
Measured on a laser frame bench and pulled back to factory tolerances, with a printout.
Panel replacement and refinish
Waterborne factory match paint, blended into adjacent panels so the repair is invisible.
Paintless dent repair
Hail and door dings pushed out without paint, usually finished the same day.
ADAS calibration
Static and dynamic recalibration of cameras and radar after glass, bumper or suspension work.
Bumper repair and refinish
Cracks and scuffs repaired rather than replaced where the structure allows it.

Ironside opened on Menaul in 2003 and is still family owned. Our technicians hold I-CAR gold class certification and we are factory certified for several manufacturers, which matters more every year as vehicles get more aluminum, more sensors and more structural adhesive.

Collision and claim questions
Can my insurance company make me use their shop?
No. In New Mexico, as in every state, you choose the repair facility. Insurers may recommend a network shop, and you are free to decline. We work with all carriers, submit our estimate directly and handle the negotiation from there.
How long will my repair take?
A bumper and one panel is usually three to five days. Structural repairs run one to three weeks depending on parts availability, which is the part nobody can promise. We text you a status update every few days rather than making you call.
Will you use original manufacturer parts?
We will if your policy pays for them, and we will tell you plainly when your insurer is only approving aftermarket or recycled parts. If you want factory parts and the policy will not cover the difference, you may pay the difference and we will note it clearly on the estimate.
Do I really need a sensor calibration?
If your car has forward collision warning, lane keeping or blind spot monitoring and we touched the windshield, a bumper, a mirror or the suspension, then yes. An uncalibrated camera can be aimed a few degrees off and brake at the wrong moment. We document every calibration with a printout for your records.
