About the center
Purpose built for meetings, not a hotel with spare rooms
The Kingsbury opened in 2014 in a converted textile office building on East Morehead. Everything here was designed around meetings, from the loading dock at floor level to the 1 gbps dedicated event circuit. We keep two AV technicians on staff during business hours rather than calling a vendor when something fails.

Booking and logistics
What is included in the room rate?
Projection or display, sound, microphones, wifi, room setup in your chosen configuration and a technician on call. You are not charged separately for cables, screens or podiums.
Can we bring an outside caterer?
Our kitchen handles most events, but a licensed outside caterer can be approved for a $600 kitchen access fee. Cultural and dietary specific caterers are approved routinely.
How does parking work?
The attached deck holds 340 cars. You can pay per car at $12, or buy validation in blocks at $9 per car which most planners do so attendees are not stopping at a gate.
What is your cancellation window?
Full refund of the deposit at 90 days out, half at 60 days, and none inside 30 days. Postponement to another date within twelve months carries no penalty if we have the space.
