Kestrel trainers have run operations themselves, mostly in manufacturing, healthcare and logistics. Before a rollout we do site visits and interviews so the scenarios in the room are ones your people recognize. We deliver across all shifts, including nights, because the third shift supervisors are usually the ones who need it most.
“They interviewed twenty of our leads before writing a slide. The room recognized every scenario, which is why nobody checked out.”

Eight to twenty participants per session. Below eight the practice exercises lose energy, and above twenty people stop speaking up. For large rollouts we run repeat cohorts rather than one big room.
Send us the roles, the headcount and the problem you are seeing. We will propose a scope, a schedule and a price.
