Our gym

A garage gym that outgrew the garage

We opened in a two bay shop on Bannock in 2013 with one rig and a chalk bucket. Today we coach roughly 240 members across a 6,000 square foot floor, and the rule has not changed: nobody adds weight before the movement looks right. Half our members had never touched a barbell before walking in.

•Class sizes capped at 14 so coaching stays hands on
•Every workout published the night before with scaling options
•Showers, secure lockers and covered parking on site
Well-equipped indoor gym featuring kettlebells, weights, and workout gear, perfect for fitness enthusiasts.
Reviews

What members say

“I came in at 47 having never lifted anything heavier than a suitcase. Six months later I deadlifted 225 with a coach watching every rep.”

Dana R., member since 2024

“The on-ramp made the difference. I did not walk into my first class guessing what a clean was supposed to look like.”

Marcus T., Meridian

“They scaled every workout around my shoulder for eight weeks instead of telling me to sit out.”

Priya S., returning from injury
FAQ

Before your first class

Do I need to be in shape before I start?

No. The on-ramp exists precisely because most people arrive with no barbell experience. Every workout is written with a scaled version, and coaches adjust weights and movements in the moment.

How long is a class?

One hour. That covers a warm up, skill or strength work, the workout itself, and a cool down. Arrive about ten minutes early for your first one so we can get you signed in.

What does the on-ramp cover?

Four private sessions on squat, press, deadlift, and the basic gymnastics and Olympic movements. It costs $120 and can be scheduled around your week. After that you join any class on the schedule.

Can I freeze my membership?

Yes. Memberships can be paused for up to three months a year for travel, deployment, or injury at no charge. Email or tell a coach at least a week before your next billing date.
