Quiet is the product
Rosa Delgado opened Stillwater in 2009 in a 1930s adobe with thick walls and no music piped into the halls. Therapists are salaried with no retail targets, so nobody will pitch you a package while you are half asleep on the table. Most of our guests come back within eight weeks.

Before you visit
How early should I arrive?
Twenty to thirty minutes before your treatment. That gives you time to change, use the steam room and settle in the lounge, all of which is included. Arriving right on time means your treatment still ends when scheduled.
What should I wear and what do I take off?
Undress to whatever level you are comfortable with. You are draped the entire treatment and only the area being worked on is uncovered. For facials and scrubs we provide a robe and sandals.
Can I book a massage while pregnant?
Yes, after the first trimester, with a therapist trained in prenatal work and a side lying position with bolsters. Tell us at booking so we assign the right therapist and room. Talk with your provider first if your pregnancy is high risk.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free to reschedule up to 24 hours ahead. Inside 24 hours we charge half the treatment price since we hold both the room and the therapist. First time cancellations are always forgiven.
