Dr. Amara Osei opened Cedar Ridge in 2011 after a decade in a hospital owned group where visits were capped at fifteen minutes. We are still independent, so we decide how long an appointment takes. Two more physicians joined in 2016 and 2021.

Call the office or use the request form and we will confirm your insurance and set up a 40 minute new patient visit. Bring a medication list, your insurance card, and the name of any specialist you see. We will request records from your previous doctor.
We are in network with most major commercial plans in Colorado and with traditional Medicare. Plan networks change, so call our front desk with your plan name and member ID and we will verify before your visit.
Usually yes for established patients. Call before 10am and we hold same day slots each morning. If we are full our nurse will triage by phone and tell you whether waiting until tomorrow is reasonable.
The fastest way is to ask your pharmacy to send the request electronically, or send a portal message. Allow two business days. Refills for controlled medications and anything overdue for a follow up visit require an appointment first.
