A 1950s newsroom, best first room, 48 percent escape rate.
A flooding submarine with real gauges and a countdown you can hear.
Two-story set, seaside house, our lowest escape rate at 19 percent.
Made for families with kids 8 and up, no crawling or dark spaces.
Two rooms back to back for up to 16, debrief space and coffee included.
One room plus 45 minutes in the party lounge, bring your own cake.
Nate and Priya met building sets for a regional theatre and opened Third Key in 2017 in a former dance studio. Every puzzle, prop and piece of trim in here was made in our shop downstairs. We retire a room roughly every two years and replace it, so repeat players always have something new.
“The submarine gauges are real instruments. You can tell somebody actually built this.”
Devin L., Lower Deck, escaped at 57:12
“Our game master gave us exactly one nudge at the right moment and let us have the rest.”
Sara O., Team event, 14 people
“Took my 9 and 11 year olds to Signal Hut and they talked about it for a week.”
Ben C., Family booking
Four to six is the sweet spot for our hard rooms. Two players can finish The Night Editor but will likely need hints. Above six, some players end up watching rather than solving.
The game master comes in and walks you through the rest of the room so you see how it ended. Most groups say that is the best five minutes. You can rebook the same room at a discount within 30 days.
None of our rooms use jump scares, actors or total darkness. Widow's Walk has dim lighting and a narrow stairwell. Doors are never physically locked and you can leave at any moment.
Fifteen minutes before your slot. That covers waivers, lockers for phones and the briefing. Arriving late shortens your hour because the next group is booked behind you.
Weekend evenings fill about two weeks out. Book online or call for groups larger than eight.
