How we operate
The trucks leave loaded the night before
Northline builds and stages every order the day before it ships, which is why our shortage rate on event day sits under one percent. Our warehouse team counts twice and the driver counts again at delivery with you or your planner present. If something is missing at 3pm on a Saturday, we run it out, no argument about whose fault it was.

Rental questions worth asking
How far ahead should I book?
For a summer or fall Saturday wedding, six to nine months is safe, because tenting and specialty linens go first. Corporate events with standard inventory can often be handled inside three weeks. A deposit of 25 percent holds the date and the specific items.
What happens if something breaks at the event?
Broken or missing items are billed at replacement cost, which is listed on your contract for every line. The optional damage waiver at nine percent of the rental total covers accidental breakage, though not loss or negligence. Most clients take the waiver for glassware and skip it on tables.
Do I have to wash the dishes before returning them?
No, scrape food off and put them back in the crates they arrived in. Linens go back in the provided laundry bags dirty, and there is no cleaning fee for normal use. Wet or mildewed linens are the one exception, so let them dry before bagging.
Can you deliver to a venue with no loading dock?
Yes, and most of our lake and barn venues have none. Tell us about stairs, gravel, long carries, or gate codes at quoting time so the right crew size and equipment gets scheduled. Surprises on site are what turn a two hour delivery into a five hour one.
