Rally Point was founded in 2014 by two former trade show producers who were tired of gambling on staffing. Everyone we send is on our payroll as a W2 employee, background checked and rated after every shift. Workers below a four star average stop getting shifts.

Questions from clients
How much notice do you need?
Two weeks is comfortable for a large crew and lets us brief people properly. We regularly fill smaller requests in 48 hours, and we hold a bench specifically for same day emergencies at a 25 percent premium.
Are the staff employees or contractors?
W2 employees of Rally Point. That matters to you because payroll taxes, workers compensation and liability sit with us rather than being a misclassification risk on your event. You receive one invoice and no tax paperwork.
What if someone does not show up or does not work out?
Call the on site supervisor or the 24 hour line and we replace them, usually within the hour in our core markets. You are not billed for hours a no show did not work, and repeat performance issues remove that worker from our bench.
Can you brief the staff on our brand?
Yes, and we insist on it for ambassador roles. Send us talking points, a product sheet or a short video a few days out and we run a paid virtual briefing before the event so nobody is reading a script cold in front of your customers.
