Willow & Stone opened in 2017 as a reaction to the membership spa model, where people pay monthly and forget to go. We charge per visit, keep late hours so you can come after work, and hold walk in slots every day. Every treatment is performed by an Arizona licensed esthetician.

Booking and aftercare
Express or signature, which should I book?
Express is perfect for maintenance every few weeks and for a glow before an event. If you have congestion needing real extraction time, or you have not had a facial in over a year, book the signature so nothing gets rushed.
Will my face be red afterward?
Express and hydrating treatments usually leave nothing visible. Facials with significant extractions can leave pink spots for a few hours, and peels can flake on days three to five. Tell us if you have an event and we will adjust.
How does the Arizona climate change my routine?
Low humidity strips moisture much faster than most product routines account for, so we lean on humectants plus an occlusive at night. Daily SPF matters more here than almost anywhere, and we will show you how much you actually need to apply.
What is your cancellation policy?
Let us know four hours ahead and there is no charge. No shows are billed half the treatment price, because the slot could have gone to someone on the waitlist. Running late is fine, we will shorten rather than cancel where we can.
