One buyer, four market trips a year, no algorithm
Erin Ford opened the shop after nine years as a department store buyer, tired of ordering a thousand of the same blouse. Every piece on the floor was chosen by hand at market in New York, Paris, or Atlanta. If it does not fit our regulars, we do not buy it, no matter how well it is selling elsewhere.

Before you come in
Do I need an appointment to shop?
No, walk in any time we are open. Appointments only matter if you want a stylist reserved for you, which is worth booking on Saturdays.
What is your return policy?
Full-price items can be returned within fourteen days with tags on, for a refund to the original payment method. Sale items and altered pieces are final, since we cannot restock a hemmed dress.
Do you carry extended sizes?
We stock XS through 3X on the floor in most brands. A handful of small labels stop at XL, and we mark those clearly online so nobody drives over for nothing.
How long do alterations take?
Five business days is typical, and we can do a rush in 48 hours for $40 extra. Wedding party work should be booked at least six weeks out.
