Fertility workup
AMH and hormone panel, antral follicle count, tubal assessment and semen analysis.
Intrauterine insemination
Per cycle including monitoring, sperm preparation and the insemination itself.
IVF cycle
Retrieval, fertilization, embryo culture and one fresh or frozen transfer.
Egg freezing
One stimulation and retrieval cycle plus the first year of storage.
Preimplantation genetic testing
Biopsy and testing of embryos for chromosome number, priced by embryo count.

The lab is in this building, not in another state
Eggs and embryos never leave our building, and our embryologists are on staff rather than contracted. Our physicians report outcomes to the national SART registry, which anyone can look up by clinic and age group. We will tell you when treatment is unlikely to help, including when the honest answer is donor eggs or stopping.

Understanding treatment
When should we see a fertility specialist?
After twelve months of trying without success if you are under thirty five, or six months if you are thirty five or older. Come sooner regardless of age if you have irregular cycles, known endometriosis, prior pelvic surgery, or a partner with a known sperm issue.
Does insurance cover fertility treatment?
Coverage in North Carolina varies enormously by employer. Many plans cover diagnostic testing but not IVF, and some cover a set dollar lifetime maximum. Our financial counselors verify your specific benefits before you start and put the out of pocket number in writing.
How many IVF cycles do people usually need?
It depends heavily on age and diagnosis. Cumulative success rises meaningfully across the first three cycles for many patients, which is why multi cycle packages exist. At your consultation we give you an estimate based on your own testing rather than a clinic wide average.
Do you evaluate the male partner?
Always, at the start. Male factor contributes in roughly forty percent of cases and a semen analysis is inexpensive and quick. Skipping it means potentially putting a female partner through months of treatment aimed at the wrong problem.
