Bright Path started with a single unit in Chandler in 2012 and grew by buying underperforming locations and fixing them rather than opening greenfield. Payroll, scheduling, and dispatch run from one office so location managers can spend their day on the floor. Every general manager in the group was hired hourly first.
“I started taking orders at nineteen and I run the Gilbert store now. They paid for the management training and never dangled it.”
Jordan L., general manager
“We book their home services team for four rental properties. Same dispatcher, same standards, no matter which crew shows up.”
Renata C., property manager
“They hosted a fundraiser night for our booster club and actually promoted it. We cleared more than the last three restaurants combined.”

No, we are an independent company that owns and operates these locations under franchise agreements. The brand sets product and service standards, and we handle hiring, scheduling, service quality, and community involvement locally. If something goes wrong at one of our stores, we are the ones who fix it.
Local costs differ, particularly labor and rent between Phoenix metro, Tucson, and Henderson. The brand sets a suggested range and each location prices within it. We publish current pricing on each location page rather than a single number for the group.
Applications are free and always will be. Apply through any location page or in person, and hiring decisions are made by the general manager at that store, not by corporate. Training is paid from your first shift and we promote to shift lead internally before posting externally.
Yes, though we grow by acquiring existing units rather than building new ones, typically one or two a year. That pace is deliberate because expanding faster than your bench of managers is how multi unit operators get into trouble. If you have a location for sale in our territories, we will look at it.
For a specific store issue, contact that location directly for the fastest answer. For hiring, partnerships, or accounts, call the office.
