Prices start at the junior stylist level and rise with experience. Your quote is confirmed at consultation.
Curly cut, dry
Cut curl by curl on dry hair by our curl specialist, includes a wash and diffuse.
Balayage or foil highlights
Hand painted or foiled lightening with toner and a bond builder, gloss included.
Single process color
Root touch up or all over color, with grey coverage matched to your natural tone.
Color correction
Box color, banding and brassiness fixed over one or more sessions, quoted after a free consultation.
Bond repair treatment
In salon strengthening treatment, worth it after lightening or if your ends are snapping.
About the studio
A seven chair salon that stayed small on purpose
Maren Fitzgerald opened Foxglove in 2012 with two chairs above a bakery. We are seven chairs now on the street level and that is where we are staying. Everyone here trains twice a year, and two of our stylists came up through our own assistant program.

Before your appointment
How far ahead should I book?
Cuts usually have openings within a week or two. Color books further out, typically three to four weeks, and Saturdays go first. If you are flexible, ask to go on the cancellation list, we fill several slots a week that way.
Why do I need a consultation for color?
Because the honest price depends on your hair, not on a menu. Previous box color, length, density and how far we are lifting all change the time and product required. A ten minute consultation lets us quote you a real number and tell you whether it takes one session or three.
What if I do not like my hair?
Tell us within fourteen days and we will adjust the cut or the tone at no charge. That is not the same as a redo into a different service, and it is why we spend time on the consultation up front.
What is your cancellation policy?
Twenty four hours notice, no charge. Inside that window we ask for 50 percent of the service, because a color slot that goes empty on a Saturday cannot be refilled. Life happens and we use judgment for genuine emergencies.
