Monitoring programs that do not add work

We handle devices, patient onboarding, and the daily data triage so your nurses only see readings that need a clinician. Most clinics enroll their first patients in about three weeks.

Why we exist

The technology was never the hard part

Our founders spent years selling monitoring devices into clinics and watched most programs stall within four months, not because the devices failed but because nobody had time to look at the data. Cadence was built around the workflow instead. We are HIPAA compliant, SOC 2 Type II audited, and we sign a BAA with every customer.

•SOC 2 Type II audited with the report available under NDA
•BAA signed before any patient data moves
•Patients get a live setup call, not just a box and an instruction sheet

Reviews

What clinics report

“Our nurses look at about twelve alerts a day instead of six hundred readings. That is the entire difference.”

Dana P., RN, Clinical director, primary care group

“We had tried monitoring twice before and both programs died in a quarter. This one is in month nineteen.”

Dr. Omar N., Cardiology practice, 9 providers

“The billing documentation held up cleanly through an audit. That was worth the contract by itself.”

Renee T., Practice administrator
FAQ

Questions from clinics

How long does implementation take?

Most clinics enroll their first patients within three weeks. EHR integration usually adds one to two weeks depending on your vendor's interface queue. We can start with a manual workflow and add the integration afterward so you are not waiting.

Does this add work for our staff?

It should reduce it. Readings are filtered against thresholds you set, so staff see only exceptions. We handle device shipping, patient setup calls, replacements, and returns. Your team's time goes to the patients whose numbers moved.

How does billing work?

Our platform tracks the interaction time and generates documentation aligned to the remote monitoring and chronic care management code requirements. Your billing team submits the claims. We do not bill on your behalf and we do not take a percentage of collections.

What about patients without smartphones or internet?

All our devices are cellular and connect on their own with no phone, app, or home wifi required. The patient turns the device on and takes a reading. This matters most in the rural and older populations where monitoring programs usually help the most.
