Kettle Row started as a way to use up leftover wax from a soapmaking class and turned into a full time thing in 2021. Every order is filled by hand, which means the batch numbers on the bottom of your jar actually mean something. If something arrives cracked or the scent throw disappoints you, say so and it gets replaced.

Questions before you order
Why does the price go up when a scent is limited?
Limited scents use fragrance oils bought in small quantities, which cost more per ounce than the year round line. When a scent moves into the core lineup the price comes back down. Nothing is priced up just because it sold out last year.
How long until my order ships?
Most orders leave within three to five business days. Candles need at least 48 hours to cure after pouring, so a same day ship is not possible. You get a tracking email the moment the label prints.
Do you do wholesale for a single shop?
Yes, the minimum is one case of 12 and there is no annual commitment. New scents need about four weeks of lead time because the wax and jars are ordered per run. Existing scents usually ship inside two weeks.
What if the candle tunnels or the wick drowns?
Send a photo and the replacement goes out that week, no return needed. Tunneling is almost always a short first burn, so let it pool to the edge the first time, about two to three hours. If it still misbehaves the wick was wrong and that is on us.
