Half retail floor, half workshop
Weatherall started as a two-person upholstery shop and grew a storefront around it. That order matters: we still make things, so we know when a frame is worth recovering and when it is particleboard pretending to be oak. Our buyers favor New Mexico and southwestern makers wherever the quality holds up.

FAQ
Planning questions
How long does custom upholstery take?
About six weeks from fabric approval for a recover, and eight to ten for a new frame. We call at the halfway point with a photo so there are no surprises at delivery.
Do you deliver outside Santa Fe?
Yes, we run trucks to Albuquerque, Taos, Los Alamos, and Espanola on a weekly schedule. Delivery starts at $150 in town and is quoted by distance beyond that.
Is the design consult fee refundable?
It is credited in full against any order over $2,500 placed within sixty days of the visit. If you decide not to buy, you still keep the measurements and the plan.
Can I return furniture that does not work in the room?
Stocked items can be returned within fourteen days for store credit, less the delivery cost. Custom upholstery and made-to-measure window treatments are final, which is exactly why we push the free in-home measure.
