Three to four hours for a typical Tampa home, longer for larger houses or homes with crawl spaces. You are welcome to attend, and the last thirty minutes is the most useful time to be there while we walk the findings.
We inspect visible and accessible components, so we do not open walls, move heavy stored items, or dismantle equipment. Sewer lines, mold testing, and pest inspection are separate specialties, and we will tell you when a finding warrants calling one of those specialists.
