Owned inventory means no rental scramble
We buy and store our own furniture, art and accessories, so an install date does not depend on a rental warehouse having the right sofa. Kate started the company after nine years selling residential real estate, which is why our consults speak in days on market and buyer objections rather than design mood boards.

Staging questions
Is staging worth it on a home that will sell anyway?
Often yes, because staging affects the price and the timeline more than whether it sells at all. Photos are the first showing, and buyers scrolling decide in seconds whether to book a tour.
How long before listing should we start?
Call us two to three weeks out. Vacant installs need a scheduled truck day and photography usually follows within 48 hours. Occupied consults are best even earlier so sellers have time to declutter and paint.
Do you stage occupied homes with our furniture?
Yes. We do a consultation, then a photo day styling using what you own, and we bring in accent pieces where a room falls flat. Full furniture swaps in an occupied home are rare and priced separately.
What happens if the house sells in week one?
Good news for everyone. The initial staging term is 45 days and is not prorated, but we schedule destaging around your closing date at no extra charge.
