Core hiring, per employee
Job posting, pipeline, structured scorecards, offer approvals and reporting.
Tallwood gives growing teams structured interviews, scorecards and offer approvals without an enterprise implementation. Most customers are running their first req in under a week.
Pricing is per employee per month with unlimited job postings and unlimited interviewer seats.

Offer letter to first day, including I-9, equipment requests and buddy assignment.
Calendar aware panel scheduling that respects interviewer load limits and time zones.
Question banks and scoring rubrics per role, so two interviewers grade on the same scale.
Two way sync with major HRIS and payroll systems so a hire only gets entered once.
We move your open reqs, candidate history and templates and train your hiring managers.
Tallwood started in 2019 because the founders kept watching companies outgrow a spreadsheet and then get quoted six figures and a four month rollout for enterprise hiring software. We priced per employee, made every interviewer seat free, and refused to build anything that requires a consultant to configure.
“Our hiring managers actually fill out scorecards now, which never happened when it lived in a doc.”
Renee A., Head of Talent, 240 person SaaS
“We migrated 38 open reqs and two years of candidate history in nine days without losing a thread.”
Michael O., People Ops Director
“Free interviewer seats meant every engineer could see the pipeline. That alone cut our scheduling emails in half.”
Sana R., Recruiting Manager
The core product needs no implementation. Teams typically post their first job within a week of signing up. If you want historical candidate data and templates migrated from an existing system, that service takes about two to three weeks depending on the source platform.
You pay per employee per month, not per recruiter seat or per open req. Interviewer accounts are free and unlimited. Your price adjusts on your renewal date rather than mid contract, so a hiring spike does not produce a surprise invoice.
Yes, at any time and without asking us. Every candidate record, scorecard, note and attachment exports through the API or a full account export in standard formats. We do not hold data hostage at renewal, and that commitment is written into the contract.
Tallwood collects voluntary EEO data separately from candidate profiles so it is not visible to interviewers, and generates EEO-1 and OFCCP style reports. Data retention windows are configurable by region to support GDPR and state privacy requirements.
Demos use one of your real job descriptions, so you see your own scorecards and pipeline, not a sample account.
