Design for pressure, not for guesswork
Most sprinkler problems in this area are design problems. Zones get overloaded, pressure drops at the far heads, and half the lawn browns while the other half floods. We measure static pressure and flow before we quote anything, then build zones the pressure can actually support.

Sprinkler questions we get
When should I winterize in Colorado?
Aim for the second week of October. A blowout before the first sustained freeze prevents split pipes and cracked valve bodies. Our route runs late September through early November and we schedule repeat customers automatically.
Why is one zone always wet and another dry?
Usually the zone has more heads than the pressure supports, so the far heads never reach full spray. Sometimes a valve diaphragm leaks and the zone weeps between cycles. We test pressure at the head to tell which one it is.
Do I need a backflow test every year?
Most Denver area water districts require an annual certified test on any system tied to the potable supply. The test takes about twenty minutes and we file the results with your district so you are not chasing paperwork.
How long does a new install take?
A typical quarter acre yard with five to seven zones takes one to two days. We trench, install, pressure test, and put the sod back the same visit. Grass usually knits back over the trench lines within three weeks.
