Ironvale charges a flat monthly fee per user, which means every hour we spend fixing recurring problems costs us instead of you. That aligns our incentives with yours. We publish our helpdesk response times monthly and we do not charge extra for the security tools that should be standard in every environment in 2026.
“Our old provider billed hourly and somehow the same printer issue happened monthly. Flat rate fixed the printer permanently in week two.”

It is included. Multi factor authentication, endpoint detection and response, email filtering, patch management and backup testing are part of the base service. Optional additions like security awareness training and compliance work for HIPAA or CMMC are quoted on top.
We will review your environment and hand you a written risk report, whether or not you become a client.
