My grandfather opened the store in 1996 and the bench has not moved since. Doing repairs in house means your grandmother's ring never goes in the mail, and it means we can show you the problem under the microscope rather than describing it. We sell natural and lab grown diamonds and we will tell you the honest price difference on both.

Questions we get at the counter
How long does a custom ring take?
Four to six weeks from approved design to finished ring. That covers CAD, a wax model you can try on, stone sourcing, casting and setting. If you are working toward a specific date, tell us and we will work backwards from it.
Can you resize any ring?
Most gold and platinum rings resize easily, up or down a couple of sizes. Eternity bands, tension settings and some alternative metals like tungsten cannot be sized at all, and we will tell you that before taking your money rather than after.
Should I buy lab grown or natural?
They are chemically the same and both are real diamonds. Lab grown costs substantially less per carat and resells for less. If budget matters most, lab grown gets you a bigger stone. If long term value matters, natural holds more. Neither answer is wrong.
Do I need an appraisal?
If you want a piece covered on a homeowners or renters policy, most insurers require a current written appraisal, and values drift so an update every few years is sensible. Ours includes photographs and a full description for $110 per piece.
