Twelve week career transition
Twelve sessions, values and skills work, search strategy, accountability.
Twelve week engagements for people at a crossroads: a career change, a first leadership role, or a job that has quietly stopped fitting. Structured, with homework between sessions.
Every engagement starts with a free 30 minute discovery call. No package is sold on that call.
Twelve sessions, values and skills work, search strategy, accountability.
Biweekly sessions, stakeholder input, focused on a first or expanded role.
Ninety minutes on one decision, with a written summary afterward.
Two sessions to build the story you tell in interviews and on paper.
Up to sixteen people, on communication, feedback or role clarity.
Thirty minutes to see whether coaching is the right tool for this.
I spent fifteen years in operations leadership, including six managing teams through two acquisitions, before training as a coach in 2017. I hold an ICF credential and I work with a defined structure rather than open-ended conversation, because most people who come to me have already talked it to death. We set a goal, we work on it weekly, and at week twelve we look at whether it moved.
“I came in wanting to quit and left with a role reshaped inside the same company. That was not on my list.”
Nadine F., Twelve week engagement
“The homework was the part that worked. Talking alone would not have gotten me there.”
Wes L., Career transition
“First time in a management role and I stopped dreading one-on-ones by about week five.”
Iman B., Leadership coaching
Coaching is forward-looking work on goals, decisions and behavior, with a client who is functioning and wants to move. Therapy treats mental health concerns and processes the past. If what you bring belongs in therapy, I will say so and help you find someone.
Most clients report a clearer sense of direction by week four and a concrete action taken by week eight. Twelve weeks exists because that is roughly how long a real change takes to hold rather than fade.
Yes, most of my clients are elsewhere and we meet by video. Sessions run between 8am and 6pm Central, which covers all US time zones with some scheduling flexibility.
Engagements are billed monthly rather than up front. If you need to pause for a work crunch or stop entirely, you give two weeks notice and pay only for sessions used.
The discovery call is free and involves no pitch. Bring the question you keep circling back to.
