Common questions
How many maids come to my home?
Two on almost every visit, which halves the time you have someone in the house. Larger homes over 4,000 square feet get a team of three. The same team returns each visit whenever the schedule allows.
Are your maids insured and on payroll?
Yes. Every maid is a W2 employee with workers compensation coverage, and we carry $2 million in general liability. If a company sends contractors and one is hurt in your home, that can become your problem.
Do you clean while I am out of state?
About half our clients are seasonal. We use lockbox or keypad access, send a photo report after each visit, and check for leaks, pests and A/C issues while we are inside.
What do you need me to do before you arrive?
Pick up clothes and toys from the floors so we spend our time cleaning instead of tidying. Everything else, including supplies and equipment, we bring.
