Massage that addresses the thing that hurts

Ninety-minute sessions are our most booked because thirty extra minutes is usually the difference. Four licensed therapists, clinical focus, and pressure that actually goes where you point.

Our therapists

Clinical training, not a spa menu

Stillwater opened in 2012 with one table and now runs four rooms. Every therapist is licensed in Vermont with at least 700 hours of training, and each has a focus, whether that is injury rehabilitation, prenatal or athletic work. We keep notes between visits so your therapist remembers which shoulder it was without asking again.

•All therapists Vermont licensed and insured
•Session notes kept so care continues between visits
•Quiet building, no piped music you cannot turn off

FAQ

Questions before booking

Which session length should I book?

Sixty minutes works for one or two focused areas or a general full-body session. Ninety is better if you want full body plus real time on a problem area. For a first clinical visit, ninety gives room for assessment.

Will deep tissue be painful?

It should feel like productive pressure, not pain you have to brace against. Tell your therapist to back off at any point. Some soreness for a day afterward is normal, and drinking water and moving gently helps.

Do you accept insurance or HSA?

We do not bill insurance directly. HSA and FSA cards work at checkout, and we can provide an itemized receipt if your plan reimburses massage with a physician referral.

What is your cancellation policy?

Twenty-four hours notice to change or cancel without charge. Later than that we charge half the session, since the room and the therapist's hour are held for you. Illness is always an exception.
