About the trailer
One trailer, two owners, no subcontracted staff
Colby and Rae Tran bought a rusted 1974 stock trailer in 2018 and spent eight months turning it into a bar with a live edge mesquite top. Every bartender we send is on our own payroll and TABC certified, because a stranger from a staffing app is how events go sideways.

Bar questions we get every week
Do you supply the alcohol?
No, and in Texas that is a good thing. You buy the alcohol, which means you pay retail instead of a marked up per drink rate, and you keep what is left. We send an exact shopping list based on your guest count and menu.
How much alcohol should I buy for 150 guests?
For a four hour reception we plan on roughly one drink per guest per hour, weighted toward the first two hours. For 150 guests that is usually around 16 bottles of liquor, five cases of beer and 24 bottles of wine. Your list will be exact once we know the menu.
What do you need from the venue?
A level parking spot within about 75 feet of where guests will stand, and a gate at least eight feet wide. We do not need power or water, the trailer carries its own. If the site is soft ground after rain, tell us and we will bring boards.
What about insurance and permits?
We carry general liability and can add your venue as an additional insured at no cost. Host liquor liability, which many venues require of the person providing the alcohol, we can arrange for a flat 225 dollars. No TABC permit is needed when the host provides the alcohol and no one is charged for drinks.
