Reception only

The band
Same four people since 2015
We are a four piece out of West Asheville playing americana, soul and enough classic rock to keep a dance floor honest. The lineup has not changed in eleven years, which matters more than it sounds: the band you hear on the demos is the band that shows up. We play roughly ninety shows a year, about half of them weddings.

FAQ
Booking questions
How far in advance should we book?
Fall Saturdays in the mountains book eight to twelve months out. Spring and summer dates usually have more room. If your date is close, ask anyway, because we occasionally have a hold release.
What do you need from the venue?
A flat performance area roughly sixteen by twelve feet, two dedicated 20 amp circuits, and cover if we are outdoors. We handle everything else. If the venue has a sound limiter or a curfew, tell us early and we will plan around it.
What happens during your breaks?
We run a curated playlist through our PA so the room never goes silent, and one of us stays near the board. Breaks are typically fifteen minutes per hour of playing and we schedule them around your toasts and cake cutting.
Can you play a song that is not in your repertoire?
Yes, one song is included for a first dance and we charge $250 for each additional request that needs a full arrangement. We will tell you honestly if a song does not translate to a four piece rather than playing it badly.
