All events are 21 and up with valid government photo ID. No exceptions, including passports without a photo page.

Touring house and techno acts, with advance tickets typically 10 dollars under door price.

Reserved table for up to six with bottle service and dedicated entry, applied as a spend minimum.

Elevated booth for up to ten with a sight line to the booth and private server.

Attended coat check open all night, strongly recommended from November through March.
The room
Detroit invented this music. We book it accordingly.
Vessel opened in a former auto parts warehouse on Michigan Avenue in 2017. The building was chosen for its ceiling height and concrete, then treated so the low end stays in the room instead of leaving through the walls. We book house and techno, we do not take bottle service requests for the DJ booth, and the sound is the reason people come back.

Before you come out
What is the dress code?
There is no formal dress code. Come in whatever you want to dance in. We do turn away anything with offensive imagery, and closed shoes are safer on a crowded floor at 2am.
What ID do you accept?
A valid, unexpired government issued photo ID: driver license, state ID, passport, or passport card. We do not accept photocopies, photos on a phone, or expired IDs. Everyone is checked at the door regardless of age.
Should I buy tickets in advance?
Yes for Friday and Saturday. Advance tickets are usually ten dollars cheaper and touring acts sell out. Thursday resident nights almost never sell out, so the door is fine.
Is there parking nearby?
There is a paid lot directly across Michigan Avenue and street parking throughout Corktown. Rideshare pickup is on the Trumbull side rather than out front, which is much faster at closing time.
