I am a registered dietitian nutritionist licensed in Arizona, and I see every client myself. My background is outpatient clinical work, which means I read your labs and talk to your doctor when it matters. I do not sell supplements or take commissions on any product I recommend.
“My A1C went from 7.4 to 6.1 over eight months and I never once had to give up tortillas. She worked with how my family eats.”
Elena M., Prediabetes counseling
“The FODMAP reintroduction was the part nobody else walked me through. I ended up cutting only two foods instead of twenty.”

Often yes. Many Arizona plans cover medical nutrition therapy at no cost to you under preventive care, especially for diabetes and cardiovascular risk. Send your insurance card and I will run a benefits check before your first session so there are no surprise bills.
Only if you specifically want one. Most people do better with a few flexible patterns and a short grocery framework than with a rigid seven day plan they abandon by Wednesday. If a written plan helps you, I will build one around foods you already like.
Registered Dietitian Nutritionist is a legally protected credential requiring an accredited degree, a supervised internship and a national exam. The word nutritionist alone is unregulated in many states. Anything involving a medical condition should go to an RDN.
Most clients book an initial assessment plus four to six follow ups over three months, then check in quarterly. Eating disorder recovery and complex medical cases usually run longer and weekly at the start. There is no required package.
Send your insurance details and I will tell you what a session will cost before you commit to anything.
