Curriculum sprint
Two weeks of interviews and structuring, ending in a module by module outline and lesson scripts brief.
Curriculum design, scripting, filming and launch. We have shipped 60 courses and the finished ones share the same structural decisions.
Most clients start with the curriculum sprint, then decide how much production to hand over.
Two weeks of interviews and structuring, ending in a module by module outline and lesson scripts brief.
Lesson scripts written from your expertise plus on brand slides for every module.
Austin studio, two cameras, lighting, audio and a teleprompter operator.
Cuts, captions, graphics, chapter markers and platform ready exports.
Hosting setup, pricing tiers, checkout, email sequence and launch week schedule.
Everything above managed as one project with a single delivery date.
Most courses fail on structure rather than production value. We spend the first two weeks on curriculum, because a clear promise, short lessons and a visible path through the material do more for completion than any camera. Only after the outline holds up do we start filming.
“I had eleven hours of rambling footage from a previous attempt. They restructured it into six modules and we finally launched.”
Simone V., Nutrition course creator
“The outline sprint was worth the whole fee on its own. It killed two modules I would have wasted a month filming.”
Hugh D., Sales trainer
Ten weeks is typical for a six to eight module course. Two weeks of curriculum, three of scripting and slides, one or two filming days, then editing and launch setup. Bigger libraries run longer and get phased.
Only for filming days, and even that is optional. Some clients film remotely with a kit we spec and ship, which costs less but adds a week for setup coaching and a test recording.
You do, completely. Raw footage, project files, scripts, slide decks and final exports all get handed over at the end. We do not host your course or take a revenue share.
Yes. Bring what you have and we start with an audit. Often the fix is a new outline plus a half day of pickup filming rather than starting over, which saves a considerable amount.
Tell us the subject, who it is for and what you already have. We will come back with a phased plan and a price.
