Who packs it
Nine people, one warehouse, no drop shipping
Northline started in a garage in 2016 packing socks for a few hundred customers. We now run a 12,000 square foot warehouse in Columbus with nine employees who pick, pack and answer email. Nothing in our catalog ships from a supplier we have not visited.

Shipping and returns
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 2pm Eastern on a weekday leave our warehouse that afternoon. Anything after that goes out the next business day and you get tracking by email as soon as the label prints.
How do returns work?
You have 60 days from delivery. Start the return from your order confirmation email, print the prepaid label and drop it off. Refunds post within two business days of arrival at our warehouse.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes, by USPS International for a flat $18. Duties and taxes are collected by Canada Post at delivery and are not included in our shipping price.
What if an item arrives damaged?
Email us a photo within seven days and we ship a replacement that day at no cost. You do not need to send the damaged item back unless we ask.
