One on one session
Sixty minutes in the studio. Packs of twelve are $920.
Most of my clients are between 40 and 68 and come in with a bad shoulder, a desk job or ten years off. We build a program around what your body currently does, then progress it every week.
Every option starts with a free 30-minute consult and movement screen.
Sixty minutes in the studio. Packs of twelve are $920.
Eight sessions, program written and adjusted weekly, text support.
Same programming, shared hour, best value if you have a training partner.
Written program, video form review, one video call every two weeks.
Six weeks after physical therapy discharge, coordinated with your PT.
One session, you leave with a twelve week plan to run on your own.
I started training in 2013 in a big-box gym and moved into my own studio in 2018 because the clients I do best with need attention, not a sales quota. I am CSCS certified and I work with your physical therapist directly when there is one. My promise is unglamorous: you will get measurably stronger, and I will not push you into anything that risks the thing you came in with.
“Deadlifted 225 at 61 years old after two years of being told my back was done.”
Ron S., Two sessions a week
“He talked to my physical therapist before my first session. Nobody had ever done that.”
Gina D., Return-to-lifting block
“The online program fits around travel and he still catches my form problems on video.”
Ken A., Online client
Usually yes, with modifications. The free consult includes a movement screen so I know what your shoulder or knee tolerates today. If something needs a medical opinion first, I will tell you and hold off until you have it.
Twice a week is where most clients see strength change within six to eight weeks. Once a week works if you do a second session on your own with the program I write. Three times is better but is rarely the difference maker.
Twenty-four hours notice and we reschedule at no charge. Inside that window the session is charged, with an exception for illness and genuine emergencies, which I do not nickel and dime.
No, and that idea keeps a lot of people out of the gym for years. The first four weeks are deliberately conservative so we can find your real starting point rather than guessing at it.
The first consult is free and involves no pressure to sign anything. Call or send a note with your goals and schedule.
