Is the treatment safe for pets and kids?
The products we use are applied at label rate and are safe once dry, typically thirty minutes to two hours depending on the material. We tell you the specific reentry time before we spray and keep treatments away from pet bowls, toys, and garden beds.
How often do you need to come out?
Quarterly works for most East Valley homes because the barrier breaks down in the sun over roughly ninety days. Scorpion-heavy lots near desert washes sometimes justify a bimonthly interval in summer, which we will say directly rather than defaulting to the more expensive plan.
What if I still see pests after treatment?
Call us and we come back for free, as many times as needed between scheduled visits. Seeing more activity in the first week or two is normal, since the treatment drives them out of harborage before it works.
How do I know if I have termites?
In Arizona the first sign is usually pencil-width mud tubes on foundation walls, block walls, or inside the garage, along with swarming winged insects after summer rain. Inspections are free and take about forty minutes, and finding them early is the difference between a $950 treatment and structural repair.
