Sam and Teresa opened the shop after spending a year and too much money figuring out what to feed a dog with a chicken allergy. We read every ingredient panel on the shelf and we will tell you honestly when a cheaper bag is the better bag. Two shop cats supervise, neither is for sale.

FAQ
Questions we get daily
Can I bring my dog inside the store?
Yes, leashed dogs are welcome any time we are open. We ask that reactive dogs come before eleven or after five when the aisles are quieter, and there are treats at the register.
Do I need to book the self-serve wash?
Walk-ins are fine on weekdays. Weekends fill up, so booking a thirty minute slot online is worth it, and we hold the bay for ten minutes past your start time.
Is raw food safe to feed?
It works well for many dogs and cats, but it requires cold storage and careful handling, and it is not the right call for households with immune-compromised people. We will walk through the tradeoffs and suggest a gently cooked option if raw does not fit your kitchen.
What if my pet will not eat something I bought?
Bring it back, opened is fine, and we will swap it or refund it. We would rather eat the cost of one bag than have you guess in an aisle by yourself.
