Because we are independent we can spend ten minutes on a question about an interaction, call your prescriber directly when something looks wrong, and often beat chain cash prices on generics. We accept nearly every insurance plan.

Questions we get daily
How do I transfer my prescriptions to you?
Call us with your name, date of birth and the name of your current pharmacy. We contact them directly and move your active prescriptions over, usually within a few hours. You do not need to speak to your old pharmacy at all.
Do you accept my insurance?
We accept nearly every commercial plan, Medicare Part D, and TennCare. If a medication is not covered or the copay looks high, our pharmacists check cash price and discount card options and tell you which is cheaper. Sometimes cash beats insurance on generics.
Is delivery really free?
Yes, with no order minimum. Same day within Chattanooga if the prescription is ready before 3pm, next day for East Ridge, Red Bank, Signal Mountain and Hixson. Controlled substances require an adult signature at the door.
Can you fill a prescription while I wait?
Most of the time, yes. Typical wait is under fifteen minutes if the medication is in stock and your insurance goes through cleanly. Call ahead with the prescription number and we will have it bagged before you arrive.
