How we run events
An attendant at every single booth
Flashbox started in 2017 when Nate and Alyssa Cruz got tired of seeing tablet-in-a-ring-light booths at weddings. We shoot on real DSLRs with studio strobes and we staff every event with a trained attendant. We carry a $2 million liability policy and can be added as an insured vendor to any Phoenix venue that asks.

Planning and logistics
How much space does the booth need?
The open-air booth wants a 10 by 10 foot area with a standard outlet within 25 feet. The 360 booth needs 12 by 12 and clear overhead space. Send us the floor plan and we will tell your venue exactly where to put us.
How far in advance should we book?
Peak Phoenix wedding season runs October through April and those Saturdays book six to nine months out. Summer and weekday dates are usually available with a month's notice. A $300 retainer holds your date and comes off the balance.
Do guests get digital copies?
Yes. Every session can be texted or emailed on the spot, and the full gallery goes to you within 48 hours as an unlimited download link you can share with everyone. Prints are unlimited during the event at no extra charge.
What if our venue is outdoors?
We work outdoors often, but we need shade or cover for the equipment and a level surface, plus power within 25 feet or a generator. In summer we ask for a shaded spot, since printers stop cooperating above about 100 degrees.
