Marco and Theresa built the oven themselves in 2013 from a kit and a lot of firebrick, and it has not been cold on a service day since. Dough is mixed every morning and rests two days before it sees the peel, which is the whole reason the crust tastes the way it does. Mesquite and oak come from a supplier forty minutes south of town.
“The crust has actual chew and char. Most places in town give you a cracker.”

“My kid is gluten-free and the GF crust here is the only one she does not complain about.”
Erica L., Family bundle regular
“Ordered eleven pizzas for a team dinner on two hours notice and they made it work.”

We deliver within four miles using our own drivers, roughly 30 to 45 minutes depending on the night. There is a $3 delivery fee and a $20 minimum. Friday between 6 and 8 runs longest.
Gluten-free crust is $4 on any pie, though it is baked in a shared oven so we cannot call it celiac safe. Vegan mozzarella is available and most of our vegetable pies work without cheese swaps.
We seat 44 and hold tables for walk-ins only, except parties of eight or more, which we will book with a phone call. Friday and Saturday between 6:30 and 8 usually has a 20 to 30 minute wait.
That is Neapolitan style. At 850 degrees for ninety seconds the center stays tender, so the pies are meant to be eaten with a knife and fork or folded. If you want it crisper, ask for it well done and we will leave it in longer.
Carryout and delivery online or by phone. For orders over six pizzas, call ahead so the oven can pace it.
