How long should a water heater last in Tucson?

My drain keeps clogging. Is cabling enough?
Cabling clears the blockage but not always the cause. If the same line clogs more than twice a year, the camera usually finds roots, a belly in the line, or heavy scale. Hydro jetting or a spot repair fixes the pattern instead of the symptom.
How do I know if I have a slab leak?
Common signs are a hot spot on the floor, running water sound with everything off, an unexplained jump in the water bill, or a meter that spins when no fixture is on. We locate electronically before opening any concrete.
Do you charge for estimates?
Estimates for replacement work like water heaters and repipes are free. Diagnostic work that requires a camera or leak locating equipment carries a fee, because that is skilled labor, and the fee is credited toward the repair if you proceed with us.
