How we work
Two trucks, hot water, and the same faces
Blue Ox started in 2016 with one trailer rig and now runs two hot water trucks with a four person crew. We handle residential in the morning and commercial after hours, which is why a restaurant pad gets cleaned at 6am rather than during a lunch rush. Every quote is a flat number, not an hourly rate that stretches.

FAQ
Before we come out
Will pressure washing damage my siding or deck?
Not the way we do it. Vinyl, stucco and painted surfaces get a soft wash at low pressure with detergent doing the work. Wood decks get low pressure and a brightener. High pressure only goes on concrete, brick and masonry that can take it.
Do you need my water and power?
We use an outdoor spigot and our own generator, so no power access is needed. If your water pressure is low or the property has no working spigot, we bring a 325 gallon tank at no extra charge, just tell us when you book.
How long will my driveway stay clean?
In Nashville humidity, a cleaned driveway typically looks good for a year to eighteen months. Adding the post treatment we include on concrete slows algae regrowth noticeably. Shaded areas under trees will green up faster than sunny ones.
Do I need to be home?
No, as long as we can reach the areas being cleaned and a gate is unlocked. We text when we arrive and send before and after photos when we finish. Payment can be handled by card link after the job.
