Concealed fastener panels in 24 gauge steel, a 40 year finish warranty, good fit for low slope additions.

Heat welded TPO membrane for garages, additions and small commercial buildings.

Seamless 6 inch aluminum gutter rolled on site, with leaf guard if you have trees close to the house.

Local crews, not a storm chasing sales team
Dale Brenner started Ridgeline after the 2007 hail season, when half the trucks in town had out of state plates and none of them came back for warranty calls. We run three crews, all of them local, and the same person who inspects your roof is on site the day it gets torn off. We are still answering warranty calls on roofs we put on in 2011.

Questions we get on every estimate
Will my insurance pay for a new roof?
If your roof has hail or wind damage and your policy is not excluded for cosmetic damage, usually yes. You pay your deductible and the carrier covers the rest, often in two payments. We document the damage and meet the adjuster, but the carrier makes the call, not us.
How long does a roof replacement take?
A typical 30 square asphalt roof is a one day job, two if the weather turns or we find rotted decking. Metal and flat roofs run three to five days. We do not leave a roof open overnight.
Can you just repair it instead of replacing the whole roof?
Often yes. If the shingles still have granules and flex, and the damage is limited to flashing or a few slopes, a repair is the honest answer. We will tell you when a repair is throwing money at a roof with two years left.
What does the workmanship warranty actually cover?
Ten years on anything that leaks because of how we installed it, transferable once if you sell the house. Material defects fall under the manufacturer warranty, which is 30 years or better on the shingles we use. Storm damage after the fact is an insurance matter.
