Questions before you sign
How quickly can you start coverage?
Mobile patrol can usually start the same week. A dedicated standing post takes about seven to ten days so we can assign and site train specific officers rather than sending whoever is free.
Are your officers licensed and insured?
Every officer holds a current Arizona guard card and armed officers hold the additional armed endorsement. We carry general liability and workers compensation, and we will send certificates naming your property before the first shift.
Do I need armed or unarmed officers?
Most retail, residential and office sites do well with a visible unarmed presence. Armed coverage makes sense for cash heavy operations, dispensaries and sites with a history of violent incidents. We will walk the property and tell you honestly which one fits.
What is in the shift report?
Every shift produces a timestamped log of scan points hit, incidents, photos of anything unusual and any maintenance issues the officer spotted. Reports land in your inbox by 8am the next morning.
